You can use the data allowance included in your plan (up to 30GB), and UK minutes and texts to connect locally in China or back to the UK at no extra cost. Incoming calls and texts are also free. You cannot use the international minutes included in your plan to make calls outside China while roaming. If you run out of your plan allowance while abroad, you can buy one of our roaming add-ons for China. Just select your roaming destination in the country selector at the top of this page to view the rates and add-ons.

回中国用data就够了，我国内有手机号。

如果既有流量还不用VPN，那多办一张卡都值得。

这个是月套餐中包含的国际通话覆盖的区域。也就是说在英国可以拨打这些国家的电话。

和漫游无关

美国不行，中国可以。
“China is one of our Roam Like Home destinations. You can use your data (upto 30GB) and all your UK minutes and texts to keep connected within China or stay in touch with friends back in the UK, at no extra cost. You cannot use your international minutes to call other countries outside of China. To call outside of China, you will need PAYG credit and standard roaming rates will apply.”

Lebara 确实更新了漫游政策，现在向套餐用户免费提供了中国漫游，漫游时可以使用套餐内流量不超过30G，套餐内通话可以拨打中国（漫游地）和 英国 两个地点。
