是不是有规定，使馆周围多少米范围，不能走，不能拍照，？规定是怎么定的？
我了解的法律是在公共场所任何人都可以拍任何东西，我没有听说过使馆门外公共街道上不准拍摄一说。使馆人员应该是在忽悠拍视频的呢，而且他们没有任何在英国的执法权。

如果是我以上猜想，那使馆无权也不该驱赶公共场所的记者。

我发的非常清楚，当然了，你也可以选择“不是很清楚”。英国的法律是给懂法的人设立的，不懂法的怎么立也不会懂。可悲的是，还有的人不是看不懂，而是选择看不懂。
