This role suits someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking, understands eBay platform rules, and can maintain consistent brand presentation across multiple stores.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Listing Planning - Analyse product lists received from the procurement team to determine how items should be listed strategically
  2. Product Photography & Image Management – Take clear, high-quality product photos; edit, resize, and enhance them to meet platform standards; organise and store all photo assets systematically on the company server.
  3. Content Creation & SEO – Write compelling product titles, descriptions, and keywords; conduct keyword research to improve natural search visibility and optimise listings for maximum reach.
  4. Store Catalogue & Branding – Manage store catalogues, visual decoration, and content updates; maintain consistent brand tone, layout, and formatting across all stores.
  5. Sales Campaigns & Promotions – Plan and create promotional events, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to support product launches, sales periods, and seasonal promotions.
  6. Performance Monitoring & Optimisation – Track listing and product sales performance using marketing metrics and sales data; analyse results, recommend improvements, and update existing listings (titles, descriptions, or images) as required.
  7. Compliance & Platform Regulations – Stay informed on selling-platform policies and regulation updates; ensure all listings remain compliant with platform requirements.
  8. Social Media Engagement – Manage light social media activity, including posts for new launches, sale events, and seasonal messages (e.g., Christmas, Valentine’s Day).
  9. Cross-Team Communication – Work closely with the procurement team to discuss product feasibility, new launches, key features, and stock plans; provide regular feedback on sales performance and market trends.
