my God!! cash of one bedroom £240k in Greenwich??? You can get a lot of properties around that price much closer to Canary Wharf than that…Also with that amount of cash, you can almost buy two properties and have one on buy-to-let…with 50% deposit down, every single lender will be happy to accept you…

恩 同意你的说法 我一开始也尝试着想在canary wharf和isle of dog买，但是价格都要贵出一些，同样相同的new development，在canary wharf一个one bedroom apartment至少需要300,000 GBP。 250，000 GBP只够买一个studio的，最多想想不值得，所以才到greenwich买的 不过离canary wharf也不是特别远，可以接受~~

its very difficult to find one bedroom brand new development in canary wharf for £240k, here is an example, this new developement i was looking in canary wharf: http://www.panpeninsula.com/site/pp_main.php, one small studio is over £250k, plus a big amount of service charge every single year, its not worth it.

恩。。south Quey 那边是很贵， 但是island gardens 和muchute有很多新的property, 25万一房足够了。。你那里service charge 是多少？ 另外狗岛上很多新盘 都是999年leasehold的。。。你那个是么？

我买的不是999年的lease 是125年的 不过偶觉得没什么区别 如果几年之后离开UK时卖掉的话 在isle of dog那区域偶只喜欢south quey那一块呢~~偶对greenwich其实没什么感觉 不过这个development刚刚建好 感觉不错就买了 greenwich离blackheath不远 我倒是很喜欢有空去blackheath喝咖啡 ：）

我和lz一样。16岁来英国，父母给钱，在伦敦买了全新的flat。不过我是08年底买的了，在isle of dog。因为也是cash buyer，所以从看房到拿钥匙大概就4、5天。
