等一个月报告！
一年前就买了，用了，暑假可以天天坚持用。。。我去年暑假用了3个月，每周5-6次，配合一点点健身，腹肌能看到一点点轮廓吧。 前几次用和后来很长时间没用以后再用都能很明显感到，腹部酸胀的感觉，我觉得不是忽悠人的还是很有效果的。
What a coincident! I just bought mine off ebay and I have got a full set (Abs, arms and shorts). I can’t wait to try it! I have got a friend who is a user and she is quite happy with it. It doesn’t burn fat or anything like that, it helps to tone your body…
I am willing to give it a short and see how it goes!
這種減肥的東西震動得胃不舒服，想吐。。。
晕。。。这玩意是锻炼肌肉的。但毕竟不如去健身房做运动啊。我只是太懒了不愿意做仰卧起坐，其他的我照练。建议你也是，这东西用一段时间就停一停，去一段健身房吧。
i don’t really like the gym, i cycle everyday and i run as well, i just hope that it helps me to tone my arms and abs.
