我刚读完大学学生签证11月1号到期,毕业旅行想到法国玩几天,但是当自己在准备申根签证的时候发现原来申根的有效期一定要在英国residence permit（也就是student visa)到期前三个月,也就是如果它们现在给签证我,签证有效期最多到8月1号.我是跟朋友约好8月3号出发的,时间是不能推迟了,是不是真的没有其他途径呢？不解这个条例的目的,我想只要我旅游回来英国的时间是在我英国签证有效期内就没问题.希望有经验的朋友帮我出出主意,毕业旅行去不成真的很郁闷！

- A national passport or official travel document valid for more than 3 months beyond the validity of the requested visa, with at least 2 blank visa pages. Your British Residence permit (stamped in passport or in the form of an identity card) must also exceed by more than 3 months the validity of the requested visa. If your British residency states the name of your spouse, fiancé (e), unmarried partner or child, please bring this person’s valid passport when you apply for your Schengen visa as well as an official proof of your relationship.
