这个可以做早餐,中餐,晚餐,都行,呵呵。10分钟就能做好,而且味道很好,营养也不错!

2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons kecap manis
2 tablespoons dry sherry
4 tablespoons peanut oil
8 spring onions, sliced on the diagonal
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
500g button mushrooms, sliced
several eggs(depends on how many ppl ur serving)
1 handful coriander leaves, chopped

  1. Put the soy sauce, kecap manis, and sherry in a small bowl and mix well. Heat half the peanut oil in a saucepan, add the spring onion and ginger, and cook over low heat for 3-4 mins, or until the onion is soft but not brown. Add the soy sauce mixture and the mushrooms and stir over medium, heat for 3 mins, or until the mushrooms are soft. Keep warm.

  2. Break the eggs into a bowl and lightly beat with 1 tablespoon water. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 1 teaspoon of the remaining peanut oil in a small non-stick frying pan, add the beaten eggs and cook over medium heat for 2-3 mins, or until just set.

  3. Spoon a quarter of the mushroom mixture onto one half of the omelette and top with a few chopped coriander leaves. Fold the omelette over and gently slide onto a warm plate. Top with a few more coriander leaves.

Done!

我没有香菜叶了,就用了蒜毫代替,反正有点绿色的东西好看。:cn08:

如果没有kecap manis, 就用酱油放入点红糖代替,我就这么弄得,书上说这样可以。

另外就是我没有雪梨酒,就用了点cooking wine。

味道我觉得非常好,一般我不喜欢吃鸡蛋,不过这个很好吃,很嫩。我想如果有sherry,还有那个很粘稠的甜酱油,味道应该更好。
