刚刚收到法庭的信，我英文不好，所以请大家帮忙看看是什么意思：谢谢！！！
to the appellant and respondent:

enclosed is the first-tier tribunal’s determination of the above appeal.

either party may apply to the first-tier tribunal for permission to appeal to the upper tribunal on a point of law arising from the first-tier tribunal’s decision.

any application must be made in accordance with the relevant procedure rules and must be made within 5days of receipt of this determination,except where the appellant is outside the united kingdom, in which casw any application by the appellant must be made within 28days of receipt of this determination.

你人在英国么？ 如果在的话，你要在这封信日期开始5天内要按照规定的步骤上诉。如果不在英国的话，可以有28天时间内申请上诉。

楼主有上诉过的，不过这封信没说你成功了还是没成功啊。只是说双方（你和移民局）都可以跟更高法院对这个初级上诉结果进行再次上诉，5天内

楼主你的信不可能就这么短吧。 {:5_129:} 起码也要有SUCCESSFUL 或UNSUCCESSFUL字样吧

搞清楚 了，这封只是法庭的结果信，我赢了。
如果HO不上诉的话，他会给我发信告诉我要不要重新申请 .

恭喜啊，你上诉成功了，移民局会通知你下部该怎么做的，很多同学都是几个月内收到了签证

楼主的路还有很长，不过已经是好消息了{:5_141:}
