Your interpretation of the above clause was wrong!
FREE from immigration time restriction during the last 12 months meaning that you must hold a INDEFINITE LEAVE TO REMAIN for at least 12 months.
It does not matter how you get your Indefinite leave to remain, you can either get it through spouse/work visa!

够用就可以了,拿PR是为了走动方便,拿国籍应该是打算长期在英国呆了,看自己需要什么吧
