I have to say I have enjoyed your hateful personality and attitude, I find it quite entertaining and yes pretentious, but how much do you even know surrey! I have lived in langley for 8 years so I think I earned some right to correct you here. Surrey is bad, but not as bad as you think. Crime happens everywhere and I think whatever happens is pretty much predestined. Abbotsford has become the new crime central and have you even been to white rock/south surrey area. I am assuming you are some sort of a rich kid, and most likely a male (I can just smell the arrogance and testosterone)?

FYI, we love Vancouver despite of all the problems you mentioned. And if you hate it so much please pack up your shit and go back to your freaking LONDON, LONDON ENGLAND! we talk to each other respectfully here, and I guess manners are just cannot be taught living in expensive houses/apts.

I must appologize for my judgemental comments. Sorry, still have road rage from this morning. Abbotsford is new surrey, cross border crimes! drugs, gang related, that’s all. White rock is nice, but number 1, too far from city, number 2, it’s the new richmond.

I don’t hate vancouver, i just renewed my sailing club membership yesterday at jericho. Every city has its own problems, guarenteed if I move back to London, I’ll still bitch about it. To be quite frank, vancouver is nice, cheaper than london, it’s just I cannot stand that people lining up outside clubs at 9 o’clock.

The reason I mentioned surrey was just a friendly reminder to LZ, I’m still holding my gun here, surrey is the center of crime. Vancouver has that as well, a woman was sexually harassed at alma and 10th the other day, but still, west side of vancouver is safer than surrey.

not PEOPLE, one person, ameliabedelia! I hate this place, I really do, but you being judgemental, telling me what to do is just not tolerable. Does langley have farm, yes it does! Does langley have sheeps, yes it does! Is langley 40 minute drive from SURREY, yes, it is! You shouldn’t tell people that you live in Vancouver, because Langley is NOT Vancouver, country girl!

那个一片英文的看的我好累，粗略瞥了一眼倒也有说的中肯的地方，因为我bf是从事房子建筑方面的工作，一直跟我说虽然delta, surrey那边的房子相对其他地方便宜，但周遭環境和部份建築商並不是十分理想的，所以將來的升值空間也小。而且看lz自己買房的目的是甚麼了，定居？投資？那需要考慮的方面也不同。

Sheep is Sheep even if there are more than one! Langley is right at the border of Surrey so walking 20 seconds can get there so please check your facts before yelling at me! BTW, there are dogs, cats, horses and rabits, what the f is your point? The Greater Vancouver Zoo is here too!

Maybe I am a little judgmental but you sure do not give people the chance to not get all pissy at you! So what Langley has farms, so do a lot of other cities and for your information, Langley is still part of the Greater Vancouver district! Please check your facts before barking at me, look at yourself in the mirror first! The best you can do is to call me a country girl and you have NO RIGHT for telling me what I should or should not say! RICH PRICK and ASSWIPE! bite me!

其实不一定呢，就是因为温哥华那边的房子很贵很多人都在往这边搬，所有的配套设施都会慢慢跟上来的。国内的城市不都是因为饱和慢慢往外扩充吗？不过我同意你GG的意见，这边的房子建得好快，都不知道质量怎么样！升值是肯定的，但是肯定会相对较慢，涨幅不可能像温哥华中心那么明显。

其實硬件上的東西當然會越來越健全的，溫哥華這方面是越來越趕上國內了，發展太快嘛，沒辦法，就像你說的總要往外擴展的。但更多時候是周遭的人文環境，我不是歧視阿差，但每次跑到surrey看到那麼多一幫印度人我就煩。。。建築商方面要認准那些比較靠譜的基本上就沒甚麼問題，比如polygon的就很好。

我超级同意你！我也是很不喜欢印度人。我两年前因为工作的关系还在abbotsford那边住了10个月，那边更多阿差！而且那里已经是黑社会的新中心了。当然我那时候住在老大隔壁，吓死我了！Polygon 的建筑是超级好，我一直都想买它的pepperwood，我很喜欢的欧式townhouse，在walnutgrove那边。我也听很多人说过它的好，所以找房子的话估计会尽量找那个建筑商的。这边发展真的很快，但是多元化和现代化还是需要时间的。
