采用单孔螺栓的车轮，与真正的赛车如出一辙。由镁合金锻造的轮圈格外的轻，前轮19寸轮圈配265的轮胎，后轮20寸轮圈配335的轮胎。Carrera GT选用米其林的高速轮胎，并且配备胎压监控装置。

设计方面，保时捷对Carrera GT所倾注的，不用我多说，无论是动力，底盘，漂亮又科学的外观，内饰，或是先进的灯光系统。。。

碳纤维制造的车架及车身主体结构，不但轻，刚性也好。8过碳纤维柔韧性不好，一撞就碎了 所以要配上铝合金的前后缓冲区来保证安全。

刹车系统是PCCB陶瓷刹车系统，也必须是这个系统，才配装在Carrera GT上。
优秀的刹车系统，配上精心设计，引导气流更好的帮助刹车盘散热。
由电子设施ABD，ASR，ABS辅助。
