我是还剩4个月的学生签证,想去南爱尔兰看我的朋友,去哪个网页下载表格,
另外这个南爱尔兰的签证,是否就是申根签证,我签了以后,可以去别的欧盟国家吗?

Please note that a Schengen or UK D visa or residence permission is NOT valid for travel to Ireland. Under the Visa Waiver Programme, from July 1st 2011 you may be able to travel to Ireland on a valid UK General C Visa, subject to certain criteria.

这就不清楚了。但PR也算长期签证了，应该也可以吧。不过还是要去问使馆保险
