谢谢大家的答疑解惑,给老公汇报好消息去,鼓励他继续做白日梦:cn08:
最近老公着魔彩票,天天想着天上掉馅饼:cn14:
他在national lottery买的时候看到提醒说只有UK or Isle of Man resident才可以。
Dear Sir/Madam
Thank you for your Email dated 08 July 2011.
We are unable to advise individual players on the local laws in specific countries and jurisdictions as these are a matter for the authorities in those areas, not Camelot, and are subject to change. In any event, as I am sure you will appreciate, with over five million registered players, it would not be possible to provide advice in respect of any individual player’s entitlement to play.
It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with The National Lottery Terms and Conditions and Rules. Should players be in any doubt as to whether they are located in the UK or Isle of Man – and because we don’t want any of our players to breach local laws or miss out on a prize – we would strongly advise that they refrain from playing UK National Lottery games.
However, although local laws overseas are beyond our control, we can – and do – offer our players many other ways in which they can enjoy playing the UK National Lottery while they are on holiday or working overseas, safe in the knowledge that they won’t miss out on a prize. If people are travelling abroad for a short period, they can buy tickets in advance – up to eight weeks for Lotto, Lotto HotPicks and Thunderball, four weeks for EuroMillions and one week for Daily Play.
They can also play by direct debit. As long as they set up their account and only make amendments to it – such as buying additional tickets, or changing their numbers or payment details – when they are physically located in the UK or Isle of Man, their tickets will be valid if they travel overseas. People can also play the UK National Lottery with friends and family as part of a syndicate whose Syndicate Manager is located and is playing in the UK or Isle of Man – we provide advice on playing as part of a syndicate on our website at www.national-lottery.co.uk.
I trust that this information has clarified the situation for you.
Yours faithfully
Selby Duffield
