操，私人卖车，卖了就是卖了，本来就是没有warranty,卖得也比市价便宜，你又不是车厂，他们是车厂，他们买车不检查好，过几天又挑毛病，全英国就没这种法律说买车然后把支票cancel然后退车的，坚决维护自己权益，找律师咨询，绝对不能这样，车厂是干什么吃的，买车还不检查好。
你当时应该签了车主转让把，正规车厂应该还会签其他的合同之类的，都保留好。
呵呵多谢这位老兄为我打抱不平,我也有想过和他们打官司,但想想太多事了,妈的又在考试,算了.其实我蛮喜欢我的车,现在我还觉得卖亏了呢呵呵~~ 
他有没有给你收据啊？按说没有这样的。
支票你还没放到银行去么？如果CLEAR的话就不要理他了，他不能把你怎么样。
这种逼人。 
对了，他怎么给你支票啊？你应该收现金或者等CHECK CLEAR后再给车，LZ下次要记住啊。
