以下几处是普通人用得最多的legal aid，都很快不再免费提供了，尤其是Immigration方面的，经济世道不好，选民对移民有怨言，哪里还能愿意掏钱来支持移民，tory想砍估计不是一天两天了
Under the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Bill, ministers say they want to end legal aid for:
Private family law cases, such as divorce and custody battles
Clinical negligence claims
Employment and education law
Immigration, other than where someone is detained
Some debt, housing and benefit issues.
