UK的牌照分两种，01年以前，用A-Z,A是84年，Z是01年，具体如下

我来补充一下，从2001年9月1号起是：51的车牌
算法是从3月1日-8月31日是0X的车牌，从9月1日–2月底是5X的车牌。
比如2004年1月，2月份的都是53的，从2004年3月1日开始到8月31才是04的车牌。从2004年9月1日到2005的2月底是54的车牌。
