我在uk两年住过4个地址。表格里面要求说： if the applicant has lived at more than two addresses in the last two years, please photocopy this page and give details of all addresses during the previous two year period.
我不知道把这个地址页复印完后要放在哪里，其他地址信息写在哪里？
可以复印完，把其他地址写在复印件背面然后夹在这页吗？还是复印完，另外整理成一份appendix，同时附上其他地址信息？
有同学碰到类似问题的，帮忙回答下。就差这个准备递签了。
