Third Party Insurance
Insurance that covers against a liability that the insured may incur to another person. Every driver in the UK has to be covered for third party motor insurance. If a driver damages someone elses car, or injures someone, the third party insurance will pay for any damages to the third party, but not for damage to the drivers own car. That would only be covered by comprehensive insurance.
简单来说第三方责任险由于被保险人疏忽过失而给第三者造成财产损失或者人身伤害,保险公司对第三者财产进行赔偿或对第三者人身伤害进行给付的一种保险.
第三者责任保险是强制性保险,对维护社会安定.弥补第三者的损失,减轻被保险人的负担都具有重要的意义.
