最近在看房子，看到一些不错的 town house,

town house和普通house 有什么区别呢？

会不会不好呢？

townhouse是住宅的一种建造形式，一般国内翻译为“联排别墅”，在英国就是除了APARTMENT之外最普通的住宅形式了。一般TOWN HOUSE和semi-detached house区别就是前者有多个house相连，后者可以只有两个house共用一个墙~

跟邻居共同share墙
有个朋友就是这样的房子，隔音不好，下楼梯都能听见
你要看你想要什么产权的，单独的房子就是连地皮产权，townhouse一般都是产权共有。。。
我们这里单独的房子，要自己割草，扫雪什么的，townhouse有物业做这些，但是每个月收物业费，这个也很贵

town house好像在美国比较流行，也是近几年英国才开始越来越多呢，看起来似乎比普通的house更群居一些的意思呢

你看Kensington那一排排连在一起的白色房子其实也算Townhouses，英国这种说法其实不常见，一般都说Terraced houses。

你terrace house看着高级点的叫town house

在英国来说， 一般town house指的是3层楼的terrace house.
可以是双联semi or 多联 terrace。
主要的区别就在于是三层，而不是普通的双层楼房。

很多的town house 的living room是在first floor 而不是ground floor。
如果你去外面的estate agent问town house,就知道我说的是什么意思了。

就是联排别墅，跟single house的区别就是墙是跟邻居共用的，我也打算明年先买townhouse，single house太贵，不过我不想买夹在中间的，想买最旁边的，这样受邻居影响可能会少点。

townhouse以前楼下是养马的。现在是车库的。。。一般3层， 而且一般都不是countryside，因为叫town house。。。。

我觉得一般叫Townhouse的都有三层，普通detached或者terraced都只是两层而已。

Townhouse房子质量不错的隔音也可以。一般是三层。个人觉得把边的值得买。
