我现在是Tier 1 (G) 签证的前3年，2012年10月应该续签。
我男朋友目前是学生签证，今年10月份签证到期，他目前正在写博士论文，10月份应该写不完，所以估计要延期一下，申请STUDENT THESIS WRITING UP 签证，估计也就签到2011年1月的样子，之后他打算签post study worker. 这样算下来，签证费用很高。
我们在一起已经3年了，银行账单等都是同一个地址，不知道他能不能以unmarried partner 的身份申请 dependent visa？ 如果可以的话， 可以在英国申请吗？都需要什么材料？

你男朋友不能签unmarried partner，签unmarried partner对方必须是英国公民或者PR持有者
你男朋友可以申请dependent visa，他是第一次申请，必须回国签

要回到中国转你的DEPENDANT。 你们在一起3年了，理论上是可以申请的。 不过你们住一起的证明不能光是单一的银行账单，还要有其他的BILL单，TENANCY AGREEMENT，政府部门医院什么的给你们的信都可以做你们住一起的证明啊，反正能证明同一段时间同一个地址的信越多越好啊，贯穿2年以上的时间

当然不用每个月都有了。 间隔是可以的。 不过信上的ISSUE DATE要贯穿最近2年的时间。

2年的同居证明时间上是不能断开的，但是并不要求是每个月都有，比如像bill，很多水费都是三个月半年才寄一次的，但是时间上是连续的
我们两个没有joint的信件什么的， 有关系吗？ 有的都是各自的银行单，手机账单，他的水bill, 我的电气Bill等，租房子的合同是他自己的名字，这些行吗？

现在还在写thesis,是不是不能直接申请psw啊？
只要你们两个的所有信件都是同一个地址就可以了
没有joint没有问题的
个人认为合同上两个人的名字都有，更Strong一些，但是肯定是不影响申请的
他现在写论文期间，不能申请PSW的，只有在能确定可以reward degree以后才能申请PSW
P.S. dependent的签证也不便宜呢。。7000多人民币左右。
为什么T1 不能有UNMARRIED PARTNER VISA?我老婆去年开始T1,我去年申请UNMARRIED PARTNER,不到2个星期就在国内签下来了.而且之前我问过很多白人律师,都说可以,只是说他们费用太高,我才自己准备材料的.

How dependants can come to the United Kingdom
If your application to the points-based system is successful, you are allowed to bring dependants (children under 18 years of age, or your husband, wife, civil partner, or unmarried or same-sex partner) with you to the United Kingdom, as long as we give them entry clearance or permission to stay (known as ‘leave to remain’).
晕死，这种签证都叫dependent visa，只是dependent形式里面包括是结婚伴侣，未婚伴侣，或者孩子，父母等其他家庭成员，明白，你自己也写了，How dependants can come to the United Kingdom，是dependent visa不管dependent是什么形式，在签证类型里面都属于是dependent visa

而且我LS说的很清楚，LZ的情况是可以申请dependent visa的，我从来没有说过Unmarried partners的关系不能申请Unmarried partners，LZ后来也发现自己可能说法让人有误会，所以把题目也改了，她原来的题目是直接问他男朋友能否申请Unmarried partners visa，后来才改成能否通过Unmarried partners的关系申请dependent visa

没有分的，就是dependent visa

这个写什么都无所谓的，写什么是看签证官心情，就PR也N多种不同的写法，但是签证类型是不管结婚，同居，家人，父母，孩子等等这些，dependent就是dependent
