My current student visa will be expired on 31st Oct and I just got the rejection of my tier4 application by post yesterday.
I am entitled to the maintenance fund as an ‘’ established student’’ an HO上说账户至少有不短于28 天的1200镑存款要求。我现在的常用current account里面没法达到这个天数的要求 for 4 days but if I use 另外的saving account + the sum of the money in my current account 就达到要求的。想问这种情况, 我把我名下的两个account都提供让签证官做做加法可以嗎?
不懂LZ是要怎样
又英文又中文的，是想说自己的英文好还是中文更好
可以提供两个账户的，要自己写cover letter把加法做好了给签证官看，签证官才不会给你做加法呢

一般HO都会发信说让你上诉，还是让你重新递交材料？
HO都会给出说法的，他们的要求是什么？

It’s refusal to grant leave to remain. I am aware that I can provide evidence from two or more accounts but I have no idea of the concept of ‘‘closing balance’’, I find it very confusing…
I can meet the requirement only if I add the sum of the two accounts but not the individual account, sorry if I am being stupid…
Well yes you are right, I will be deported but not forever 
I may have exaggerated it a bit cause I am too anxious. I have been refused for 2 times now. The first time is the funding issue and the 2nd time is because I used the same CAS letter which I have used it for the first application…I am so shocked.It’s all my fault cause I didn’t really read the appendix thoroughly.
I don’t have an appointment to apply the visa in person, will ring HO tomorrow and see whether there’s any chance to get appointment before 31st.
Do anyone know whether it’ll be a slim chance?? Should I try to get a solicitor to do it for me?Or should I just post another new application?
yes, u can use 2 accounts. just do the maths yourself and write a cover letter.

我现在也遇到一个给楼主差不多的问题但是我还没有被拒签。我是21号去面签的，然后当时我的账户里的钱不够，我就解释说我有两个银行账户。我当时按银行要求转到SAVING ACCOUNT里去了。然后签证官就说给我3天时间让我补全材料。我出来之后才发现自己2个银行账户里的钱加起来刚好27天够每天一万棒。换句话说，我是21号递交的申请，但是我账户里的钱到21号才27天。但是算上她给我的3天时间的第一天就肯定够28天了，我的问题是她给我的3天时间能算在我银行存款里吗？要是不算我去APPEAL的成功概率大么。。。跪求啊。。。
让你补材料，所补的材料一般都是按补交的那天算的
当然如果签证官非要找茬，那也是没有办法的事

我这也是急的。。。那就是说要是我23号重新递交的申请，就是从23号开始算对吧？而不是从之前21号开始计算是么？3天之内是指3天之内邮寄出去就可以了是么？邮局3天之内没送到，或者HO没人收。。。。因为马上周末了。。。应该不是俺的问题了吧。。。。
是按你补的BS所显示的最后日期算，够28天就行了
3天内是3天内寄出去，留好邮寄的收据就行了
