本人在英国伦敦上大学 最近在乘坐tube 的时候被偷钱包 里面有签证用的visa id卡， 我的机票是2010年3月18号的。只剩下11天了。。但是现在id卡丢了有谁知道该怎么办阿？？（我的passport 是在的，只是id卡丢了）要补办是不是很久？还有具体操作过程是怎样的？望了解的人好心帮助我下！！胜感激。。！还有我去警察局挂失了。他们说让我去找中国大使馆。但是补新卡不是应该找英国的大使馆么？ 我听说我这样的情况是可以回国的但不确定能否再次返回入境英国 ，还有可不可以在国内办理遗矢手续（重新签证返回英国呢？）望看到的好心人即于给我回复阿！！ 非常非常感激～～！！

If your card is lost or stolen, you must report this to us as soon as possible by phoning 0300 123 2412 from the United Kingdom or (+44) 20 8527 3623 from abroad. You must then apply for a replacement card using application form ICFN(RC) - if you do not do this within three months of reporting the loss or theft, you may have to pay a financial penalty of up to £1,000 or we may shorten your permission to stay.
