紧急求助 WORK PERMIT转HSMP

各位大侠帮帮忙了，感激不尽了。



我现在的情况是工作了12个月了，现在的签证是5年的WORK PERMIT，想申请HSMP，但有很多申请表上的问题不懂，请大家帮帮忙。



首先，我想确定我填的表格对不对，我从官网当的2009/10 version的TIER1(GENERAL）

2。在表格SECTION2 要求填 Identity Card for Foreign Nations… 有人可以告诉我这是什么啊？我2002年来的英国，根本没这东西啊？没有，会影响签证成功吗？？

3。在immigration history 里面问到：

did the application obtain entry clearance or a visa before traveling to the UK?这是我第一次的签证吧。

4. 接着 please enter the reference number on the entry clearance or visa which can be found on the application’s passport or travel document



我郁闷了，visa 上没有注明REFERENCE NUMBER啊。但是有一串NUMBER START FROM 00100XXXX，一共9位数。。是不是这个呢。



5，give details of the journey, including where the application traveled from, ticket booking or reference number and transport operator



我郁闷了，7年前的事啊。。。我只记得航班号，可以么？？

我是10月1号签的，就是用的这个version

我没有，所以就写了N/A, 这个东东现在不是谁都有的，好像是从学生和配偶开始发放先的，不用担心。

是的，通常都是在国内获得的

我的那份是2000年的，所以number不一样，没法回答，但是一般在签注的上方。

照实写，不记得的就空着，至少我是这样做的，没人会和你较这个真的。

  1. 沒有那個卡就不用管這一項，不用擔心，留空

  2. 把紅色數字與另外一個“vaf number"都寫上，中間用分號分開

  3. 沒有丟失過護照的話不用填航班号那些東西，留意一下前面的那句話
