老公是签的老的Work Permit，14年1月才到5年。可是现在有份更好的工作，想要跳槽。。。这个签证要怎么办丫？

加问：那如果新公司能申请T2，也帮忙申请我的dependent的话…因为明年1月LG满5年工签，我才满2年dependent。我是不是需要累计满当dependent 5年才能转PR阿？

at the moment one can apply for ilr under tier 2 with a combination of other valid categories.
if you look under the set (o) form, in section 11p
“Tier 2 migrant If you are applying for indefinite leave to remain in the UK on completing 5 years’ continuous
stay in the UK and your most recent leave has been as a Tier 2 migrant, the rest of your leave for the 5-year period may be made up of leave in any of the categories listed below. In addition to the relevant documents in 11A, you must provide the following specified documents:”
looks like you’ll need to show more documents than apply under work permit but it is doable at the moment not sure if anything will change before your husband apply next year. plus the new company will need to sponsor your husband for a tier 2 visa. good luck
是的，转T2.不过申请ILR可以加在一起算的．没问题的．只要你之前工作的资料是齐的，没有假的．有些EMPLOYER出的工资单和P60是不符的，就是说骗员工，我以前遇到过一个．所以这个没问题，就放心转工吧：）恭喜～～～～

没有问题的说，我老公也是先是wp，然后转成tier 2，1月刚刚pr了，只要材料齐全肯定没问题。
想请问下，就按之前WP的那个5年限期办么？
中间等Tier2批下来的时间，用不用加上去，晚一点才能办丫？
是按照当年第一次入境算的五年。等待时间也包含在内。
如果WP转Tier2中间衔接的日期有两周gap会不会影响PR的申请？

我还没转PR呢，我跟我老公的签证是独立的。。。我觉得当时是求保险，结果错过了转dependent的机会。。。现在转就不划算了，因为我自己的签证再等不到2年就可以申请PR了，但是现在配偶签证要重新计算5年了。
