administrative review说是只有我认为Home Office 处理错误的时候才能申请，而且明确给了14天的期限。但是重新申请签证的话只说越快越好，没有截至日期，考虑到我现有签证已经过期，是不是就算提交新签证也必须在14天内做完？ 此外这个“further notice that you must leave the United Kindom”是个什么东西，包含大概哪些内容？
- ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW:
You may seek administrative review of the decision to refuse leave to remain. You may only seek an administrative review of this decision if you think there has been a case working error. There is a fee for administrative review. The fee will be refunded if the outcome of the administrative review is the leave is granted.
You have 14 calendar days after the date on which you received this decison to apply for administrative review.

LIABILITY FOR REMOVAL
You do not have to leave the United Kingdom during the time period in which you may apply for administration review. If you apply for administrative review you do not need to leave the United Kingdom until we decide your application. If you do not apply for administrative review, or extend your leave to remain on another basis, you will soon be given further notice that you must leave the United Kindom. -

If you wish to apply for leave to reamin in another capacity you must do so on the appropriate application form with the appropriate fee. Further information and the relevant application forms can be obtained from our website www.gov.uk/uk-visas-immigration. If you are liable for removal it is in your interests to make any further application quickly as your removal may be enforced.
