周三下午manager塞给我一封信 让我下周三参加一个会议 HR Manager和他都会出席,并且警告我会议结果可能会直接终结我的employment. 他然后还说你可以选择今天resign 然后今天就可以走 或者明天 你的notice period期间不用来上班。我说我们还有一个deadline 我能正常过来帮忙吗。他立马否决了。
我没有办法接受也不知道该怎么做 于是发了一封邮件给hr director. 恢复是说这个职位跟我的期望冲突,不利于我发展,然后他也是建议我主动辞职这样就不至于被开除。
从昨天到今天我坐在家里怎么也想不通我到底做了什么第一份工作就遭受这样的待遇。
manager是一个一直欺负我的人 我以discrimination投诉他都可以举出很多例子来。他老是拿我跟另外一个同事做比较说我做的不如她好。可是别人是博士毕业还有好多年工作经验啊。他根本不appreciate我工作多卖力 尽量不犯错,因为他已经直接对我吼过了。可是无论我怎么做他还是ignore. 我说我的培训太少了 然后有时候也感觉到support不够,他说他们已经尽了所有能力了 我的期望实在太高。 我表示很无语。昨天走的时候他说送我出办公室 结果到最后他还不忘了说一句:best of luck, wish you find what you want, not sure if you will. 我的天啊

补充一下 我因为当时非常惊慌失措所以已经辞职了 他们的目的也达到了

I am aware of the situation and understand from your Manager that in his view the role you have been placed into hasn’t been particularly suitable for you, especially in regards to the type/amount of support you require. He feels that due to the way in which the team works and the volume of work that there is now way in which we can realistically provide the environment that might help you become more successful.
In that light, he invited you to a meeting to discuss this, and indeed that meeting could have ended with the Company terminating your employment. I understand he gave you the letter, and following discussion you said you would prefer to resign which is entirely acceptable given the circumstances.
