最近考试好多啊 每天不吃淀粉人都笨了 sign

第8天过去了,已经不会像开始那么难受了 今天去超市逛了一圈 最后还是把推车里的零食一袋一袋放了回去…lol 眼看着离我去年夏天的牛仔裤越来越近啦

day 11



as little as I ate for lunch…or as it seemed

it didn’t drain my energy at all, at ultimate-frisbee I did some killer running and catching, and b/c there were less ppl we had to ran twice as much as we normally did…

so! I guess this week is just an adjusting week for our body then~

not tired, not hungry, not sleepy~ sweeeeeeeeet and easy =)



however, my body is pretty beaten from all the stressful runnings I had yesterday, so I’m laying in bed again, pretending to be handicapped and will try to study a little =P

only two more days to go! I am proud and happy. =D

姐妹们,我来报告了。

昨晚看到这个帖子把我激动的。

我正想快速瘦身呢,在半个月之内。

今早一大早就区MORRISONS买了一堆要用的东西。

早上喝的自己泡的雀巢的黑咖啡,那个难喝啊。

又酸又苦的,吃坚持了半杯就倒掉了。

走在路上我自己都能听到肚子咕咕叫的声音。

中午水煮蛋我占日本酱油吃,味道不错。

菠菜也挺好吃。

晚上就可以吃牛肉了。

坚持就是胜利啊。

谢谢搂主的分享,看到大家都这么有成效,我也要入这个行列,不过要送走我的大姨妈。

我又来报告了。

中午吃完鸡蛋还是饿啊。

肚子一直咕咕叫。

这么冷的天,吃番茄和生菜可真不爽。

晚上我把牛肉两面图上盐和胡椒煎了,然后撕成小块,用生菜包着吃。

就像韩国烤肉那种吃法。

这样挺好的,生菜不会太清淡,牛肉也不会太腻。

以后我都这么吃了,感觉好饱!!!

牛排我是少放点油煎的
spinach要蒸或者煮, 不能放油的。

was like a regular day of my life…

I stopped feeling like I was on a diet…

probably that is also the reason I kinda let my self easy and I ate more than I normally did…more fish and more…broccoli…=(



my body still sores b/c of the running from the day before…

sigh…



one more day to go!

我胡萝卜在微波炉里叮了一下可以不?生的好难吃。。。目前受不了的就是胡萝卜和酸奶。。。 :cn03:

hehe, i really felt for you!!! I was the same, but i dip the lettece into boiling water and add a bit of oil with lemon...today i just finish the ham and yogurt...can't wait for the dinner.... trying very hard to hold on to it, drinking loads of water atm....
