He feels that due to the way in which the team works and the volume of work that there is now way in which we can realistically provide the environment that might help you become more successful.
In that light, he invited you to a meeting to discuss this, and indeed that meeting could have ended with the Company terminating your employment. I understand he gave you the letter, and following discussion you said you would prefer to resign which is entirely acceptable given the circumstances.

3个月的时候会做个review, 但有可能不是contractual的。你合同上写的试用期是多久？

3个月试用期你经理告诉你通过试用期是口头的，还是以书信或email格式的？
你第4个月到第6个月有什么事没做好？请太多假，老迟到？从HR那里得到的信息是teamwork和效率不行。
